two issues: tomcat / postgresql

couple of problems

postgresql failed on restart after system reboot

one client's domain shows tomcat page after installing servlet to his domain
"If you're seeing this page via a web browser, it means you've setup Tomcat successfully. Congratulations!"

Tomcat was installed via WHM, as was postgresql.

Not sure why postgresql is refusing to start, simply says failed

I checked permission for the domain with tomcat issue, the /home/user and /home/user/public_html
are valid and index.html exists also, 644 as well

Fixed tomcat. Still need help with postgresql

Odd fix found for PG.

It would not restart (failed) in WHM.

/scripts/restartsrv_postgres also fails

/scripts/restartsrv_postgresql WORKS

strange, but thats the fix.
