Two nameservers just stopped responding?

Hi,

I'm not sure what has happened, but all of a sudden two of my nameservers have just stop responding. And now a lot of customers domains are not resolving correctly because of it.


Whenever I do dns lookups i get the big red box saying the nameservers aren't responding.

As far as I know nothing has changed. I've restarted named, and on both servers it says that it is running.

Anyone have any ideas on where I should start checking. They've been down for at least two hours that I know of.

Again, i haven't changed anything that I'm aware of....

disregard. Apparently my apf firewall was missing:

IG_UDP_CPORTS="53"

One of my techs installed the new version of apf on the one nameerver, and that's why that one wasn't working. And apparently my other one was never working...
