    Default Two users Groups

I have a problem that I am trying to solve.

I am running a web site using Cpanel user name is User1. This user runs all the web services.

I then setup a new user using root/ssh that is User2. User2 runs a gaming server.

What my problem is, I have scripts that User2 needs to run that saves information (logs) in User1's home directory.

How can I give just User2 permission to save/access/write stuff in User1's directories?

Also, User2 ftp login does not work. How do I get it so that I can login via FTP to view User2 files? I can only SSH to the account.

No one knows how to get Cpanel to change usergroups so a non cpanel user can view files/write files in a cpanel users directory?
