Every new account I create from cPanel makes the UID 32001, which is the cPanel UID. The problem is databases can't be created, amoung other things like file permissions from hell.

The GID is fine, it incriments normally, but the UID is set to 32001 for every account created. What I've been doing it going in and manually changing it with umod -u <new uid> <username>.

Anyone know what's going on?
