Unable to add DB User in Cpanel

Hi

I've just come to setup a db for a user and I can add the db fine but not the user? What would stop this?

it doesn't actually fail, it says it's created the user but when you go back there are no users listed.

Any ideas?

It seems it's a server wide problem the only thing I've installed on the server scince the last time I know it worked is RVskin could it be that?

I've tried the following:

changed the user themes back to x
/scripts/cpup
/scripts/fixmysql

still the same

Ok it is adding the users just not showing in cpanel, so you can't add user permissions on there either.
