Unable to add update lincense

Hi my cpanel running smothly 'till i reboot the server then it asked me for the lincense again so i run /usr/local/cpanel/cpkeyclt but it displayed this error

Unable to establish connection. This may indicate a misconfigured firewall hardware device, or faulty hardware

then i check the log file and see this

*Note: Also run service iptables stop but it won't work

Hello,

Can you make sure that the resolver entries are proper on the server. I think that the problem is within the /etc/resolv.conf .

As the cpanel license is not being updated properly due to above reason. Please let me know whether it worked for you.

Checked and i think nothing wrong with my /etc/resolv.conf

domain     sv3.mybox.com
search     sv3.mybox.com
nameserver 69.xx.xxx.43
nameserver 69.xx.xxx.44

what are the ip's we should allow access to in the firewall? to allow these to continue ?
