I have the same problem...
Does anyone from cpanel visit these forums periodically...tons of questions going unanawered..
I am having this problem and a problem with add on domains (which is simply not working despite trying every fix attempted in this forum)...
Oh well, I guess we are just flat out left on our own..I will check back in a month and maybe, just maybe, there will be some sort of answer.
Did you guys go back and finish the migration after it was done (24-48 hours later)? In other words, does each virtual host in httpd.conf still have two ip addresses?

What do you mean by "finishing the migration"?
Thanks for the reply, and TIA for any suggestions..
Bump...
Still trying to find the answer...
