Default Unable to connect to port 80 error occuring

Hi last week http started dying with

Unable to connect to port 80 emails being delivered to me

Server was previous running for almost 2 years no problem, I ended up rebooting and in tweak settings switching to port 81 then back to port 80 cleared the problem.

Then a week latter its happened again, so at the moment im going to switch ports back and forth again to hopefully just get things running again.

Any ideas why this is happening?

You might want to put in a ticket to cPanel for this one.
