Default Unable to delete email forwarders

I'm having an odd problem with one of my client's accounts. Somehow they are unable to delete their email forwarders from the cpanel. When you click on delete forwarder a confirmation message appears saying that it was successfully deleted but when you go back to the list of forwarders they are still there.

Is there a place that we can shell to and edit the forwarser information being displayed in the cpanel forwarders section or a script that can be run to fix this? My only other option, that I can think of, is to terminate and recreate the account.

So far we've tried the fix mail permissions without any success.

Please let me know if you need any additional info.

    Your input is greatly appreciated.

Are you using a customised CPanel skin by chance?

I noticed a change to the delete functions for forwarders and POP accounts after the addon domains feature was added.

When you delete them now (including lists) using the default theme or bluelagoon you should see a [Yes] [No] confirmation screen. Once you choose yes the accounts are deleted.

You can also edit : /etc/valiases/domain.com

Replacing domain.com with the domain in question. Forwarders are set up in the form of

    user@domain.com: forwardedto@domain.com

    Thanks for the suggestions Damian.

No we are not using any customized skins in the cpanel. We're just using the default ones.

I will try editing the /etc/valiases/domain.com and let you know how it goes.

    Thanks a bunch.

Editing the /etc/valiases/domain.com, did the trick.
