Unable to Delete Package From List

Hello,

I have Cpanel 11, in my packages list there is a package named test there.
When i click edit it gives me the following:

You do not have access to package testPackage.

When i try and delete the package i get the following,

Package Deletion Results for testPackage.
An error occurred while attempting to delete the package: No such file or directory

it seems that when i add a package named exactly the same, i have two in the list of packages... however i get the same package whenever i click on either of them...

Its really weirding me out lol :P

Here is some version information,
WHM 11.15.0 cPanel 11.18.1-R20683
CENTOS Enterprise 4.6 i686 on standard - WHM X v3.1.0

Does anyone have any idea on how to remove this package????

Nevermind, i just went into the file system and deleted the file...
for some reason the file had a ? on the end of it??? maybe thats a bug or something??

Should i report this to someone??
