Unable to do any redirect changes

I have a wierd problem now. I am going to redirect from
www.domain.com too www.domain.com/example

But I am unable to do so. First I have to remove the first redirect wich is www.domain.com too www.domain.com/example2 but when I find the right redirect from the drop down list and press "Remove" nothing happens. I get the www.domain.com/ has been removed! message. But when I press go back everything is normal.

Why does this happen? Why cant I change my redirects anylonger?
If you got a clue I would love to hear it.

Please provide detailed version information. For example:

WHM 11.23.0 cPanel 11.23.1-E24388
CENTOS Enterprise 4.6 i686 on standard - WHM X v3.1.0

As there are multiple simultaneous builds of cPanel/WHM, just saying you're using the latest version is insufficient.

Which theme are you using? Our themes don't place the redirects in a drop down list.
