Unable to install new SSL cert(renewing old cert)

Hi there everyone,

cPanel 11.25.0-R46156 - WHM 11.25.0 - X 3.9
CENTOS 5.2 i686 virtuozzo on server

An SSL cert recently expired, so after generating a CSR, I renewed it through securetrust and they sent me a new .cer. I pasted the data into the "Install a SSL Certificate and Setup the Domain" section of WHM and was rewarded with

Modulus mismatch, key file does not match certificate. Please use the correct key file

I contacted SecureTrust, they had me reissue the csr and they sent me a new cert. Attempting to install the latest rewarded me with the same error. They suggested that I remove the old cert before attempting to install. I visited "Manage SSL Hosts", removed the existing host and tried to install a third time, but failed again.

Any suggestions on what I might be doing wrong would be greatly appreciated as now the domain has no valid cert and I'm in a pickle

Hi there everyone,

Sorry for the bump, but as an added bonus to my issue, I now find that people are completely unable to use the site due to the broken SSL. Visiting the page results in:

(Error code: ssl_error_rx_record_too_long)

Help would be greatly appreciated.
