    Default Unable to retrieve key

    Hi There,

    I try view Remote Access Key
    But not work fine.

    Result: Unable to retrieve key

    Do you can help me?

    look the file ".accesshash" at /home/USER

    Probably its a Empty file..
    If its, delete it..
    Then at WHM, Try to generate again the Remote Key...

    Thumbs up Solved

    Check user (if reseller) disk quota not exceeded, then delete /home/USER/.accesshash file, and WHM, Try to generate again the Remote Key

    @Mods, sorry but this page got top search result in google, so it may help others.
