    Default Unable to unpark domain

I'm having problems with one of my .com domains.
I am unable to change nameservers through my domain host. It's a registry error.
I have just noticed that I am also being prevented from unparking the domain on my server.
    The cPanel error is:

Unable to find out which user owns the parked domain
I have read through the other threads related to this error however I'm not the server tech, but my server tech is away for another 2 weeks and I don't have SSH access as such. Only a WinSCP connection. And no great understand of the whole thing.

Any suggestions or solutions in simple speak would be fantastic
