Unable to view packages in reseller account while creating a new account.BUt the packages can be seen in /var/cpanel/packages.

Please help me out...

Hi Brian,

What I usually do to correct this:

- Log out of the reseller WHM
- Log in as root to the WHM
- Select Reseller Center
- Select the reseller in question
- Edit Privileges
- Uncheck the packages that they have access to
- Scroll to the bottom and save
- Go back and edit the privileges again and put checks back in the proper packages
- Scroll to the bottom and save

You should then be able to see the packages.
