unexpected rcode (SERVFAIL)

refresh: unexpected rcode (SERVFAIL) from master

I get this error and none of the websites are showing up on the internet anymore when i restart DNS.

Someone PLEASE help.

SERVFAIL indicates domain exists and your root name servers have info on the domain. But ---- the authoritative name servers are not answering queries for the domain.
