Uninstall Interchange

Hi,
I have intention to uninstall completely the interchange shopping cart from one server. Could someone show me the procedure? Since I'll disable it, I thought that uninstalling it completely could be a good idea.

In case I manage to uninstall it...cpanel will install it again with the next upcp (hope not)?

Just change the interchange version to disable in tweak settings.
