Uninstalling CPanel

How do I uninstall CPanel? I am a newb to linux :S

In two words? You can't. cPanel rewrites and integrates into the O/S so much it is easier to reload the O/S.

Ok well Cpanel seems to have changed my nameservers so that I can't use ping or wget to get domain name based sites such as yourdomain.com. I can only do a ping or wget using the ip address. Have you ever heard of this?

Have you made any changes lately to configuration. Updates of cpanel, etc?

Nope all I did was install CPanel. The server is 69.15.95.105 if that helps you see anything.

cPanel should only be installed on a new system. If you have an existing system, then do not expect cPanel to preserve these.
