I have an add-on I would like to run in WHM but it requires URL file access and this is disabled for users on the server (and I want to keep it that way).
cPanel's internal PHP uses the following php.ini:
Code:/usr/local/cpanel/3rdparty/etc/php.ini
NDCHost (ProVPS): Xen VPS / Dedicated / Co-Location
