Unjailing users is broken & results in broken FTP

I cannot unjail my sites, and this seems to be causing ftp problems again.

I tried to unjail a site, but looking at his proftpd records it clearly shows the account was not unjailed;

ftp:*:14:50:FTP User:/home/canjoy/public_ftp:/sbin/nologin

But his record in WHM says his not jailed!

canjoyusa.com canjoy /bin/bash <--- BIN/BASH! Thats not what his record says. That still says his unjailed. Now what?

And our users are having FTP problems. We need this fixed asap!

My user is pissed off as hell. The old problem with jailshell being on is preventing him from logging into FTP.

Evertime he tries to log in he sees this;

What is ftp.canjoyusa.com coming from?

So i decided to unjail account english101.us and canjoyusa.com because i figure the old "cant log into ftp if jailshell is enabled problem is back" but i cannot unjail canjoyusa
