Unpark a domain -- Access denied. You don't seem to have access to that user.

I am getting the error " Access denied. You don't seem to have access to that user. " when i try to unpark a domain from WHM Main >> Account Information >> List Parked Domains.

Are you performing this as a root user. If not please check the ownership of the user. If it is under root, change the ownership of the user to
reseller.

I manually deleted all the entries pertaining to the domain from the back-end and the domain is now not showing up in WHM Main >> Account Information >> List Parked Domains.
