Unroutable domains errors one solution

ensure your client/s don't have a forwarder to the same address as their default address.

if your clients username is bisko

and the domain is bisko.com

ensure they don't have the default address setup to forward to

bisko@bisko.com especially when they don't have a separate account bisko@bisko.com

even though their default address is bisko@bisko.com you will get unroutable domain errors I suppose because its trying to loop to itself.

remove the default entry in their cpanel and the unroutable domain errors dissapear.

this has solved an issue for one of our clients.

Thanks for your information. Also in WHM, Tweak Settings, disabling the option
Prevent the user \'nobody\' from sending out mail to remote addresses (php and cgi scripts generally run as nobody if you are not using phpsuexec and suexec respectively.)
The maximum each domain can send out per hour (0 is unlimited):
also solves the Unroutable domains errors.
