Unroutable Mail Domain

I am currently having the common "Unroutable Mail Domain" problem on my server with many domains including the common hotmail.com and .co.uk. Yes I have used the search function, read many threads and looked at all advise given. Nomatter what I do I cant find a way of fixing this problem.

I have tried all previously suggested solutions with no luck. I purchased a ticket with servertune to fix this problem. They did a few things to help my server but this original problem has not been fixed, and I dont want to open another ticket with them. I am a bit dissapointed with their service after all the great feedback I have heard from them in the past.

Anyone willing to help me fix this issue would be greatly appreciated. I also dont mind paying a small fee if this problem gets fixed permenantly.
