    Default unrouteable mail domain

I have looked all day at information on :unrouteable mail errors: i have a redhat server with exim "newest updates" installed on it. everything works fine tons of accounts with no problems. We are here in mobile al but there is a customer in la not on my server or anything to do with us. No matter what when i send an email to communiquney.com i have a message right back unrouteable mail domain "communiqueny.com" we send and get mail all day just fine but not to this one domain. any ideas on what i should try. I have seen all kinds of problems with this error but it is normaly on the same server i am sending to another company not on my server. Email for everything works great no trouble with aol, hotmail , gmail anything but this. please see if you have any ideas

You need to look in the exim mainlog (usually /var/log/exim_mainlog) and watch what happens in the log file while you're sending an email to find out why it's not being delivered.

Unfortunately, the most important part has been wrapped in the editor here:

    2005-06-24 03:46:12 1DlZWs-0004Ji-0M ** irwin@communiqueny.com R=fail_remote_domains: unrouteable mail domain "communiqueny.c$

Really would help to have the whole line. In the meantime you could try running:

    /scripts/updateuserdomains
    /scripts/mailperm

    which may help.
