upcp Fails

Dear All

I am trying to run cpanel update,

But I am not able to update System Software and Server Software is give below the following error when I try to run

/scripts/upcp -u

Error communicating with server. The message was: connection timed out

Can someone help, and tell me what could be the problem.

Same stuff, no change

How do i check whether my server is able to connect to the update servers properly.

Please open a ticket @ https://tickets.cpanel.net/submit/ as we should be able to help you troubleshoot the connection problem.

My Server is at TP, I try to open a ticket, and it just does not do it.

I am not able to communicate with the server the problems is not with RPMs all other stuff works just perfect..

I believe you did not get my point, what does the server communication have to do with HORDE
