upcp openssh update problem

Whenever upcp is run, it shows the following errors when trying to update openssh:

Well... It gives me that error + a million more. My upcp log is about 60 KB whenever its e-mailed to me. It "updates" a lot of things yet things dont change. I personally updated my openSSH to newest version rather than the 3.1 version that Cpanel is stuck with. So it gives those errors and "attempts" to update to 3.1p8 but never does anything cause the version is still 3.6
