Default UPCP / RealPerlInstaller issues with spamassassin

I DON'T want spamassassin on my server, because it kills it with spontaneous overloads; so I've setted it to chmod 000 and chattr +i so nobody opens / executes the spamassassin, but everytime I check for perl modules, update exim, update cpanel.. it tries to use / update / check spamd and it usually fail.

Is there any way to absolutely remove SpamAssassin (spamd) from my server and tell cPanel to never install it again ?
