I would sure appreciate any suggestions . . .

I'm running 6.4 - S16

About every other day, upcp hangs while processing. One day it will run fine and the next not. This morning, I'm looking at the running processes and see these still running:

upcp
cpbackup2
cpuwatch
pkgacct2
rdate

Before I start killing processes, I see my server load is very low . . . usually below .20. As I start killing those processes, I don't get the cron email until I kill the rdate process. After I get the email, the last line says "waiting for server load to go down to continue". This morning, the server load at the moment I logged in was .04 so I don't know how much lower it could be waiting for.

Yesterday, it all ran fine. Today, only four accounts were backed up before it hung.

Any ideas of things I could check for that may be causing this?

Thanks much.
