Update Contact Info

One of my hosting customer keeps hitting his disk space usage limits and has cpanel > Preferences > Update Contact Info set up with the main and secondary emails accounts defined.

The problem being seen, is that the 2nd email contact person is not receiving the emails

Anyone else seeing this or know how to fix it?

You can try to check the email logs from the below mentioned location regarding the exact error message:

/var/log/exim_mainlog.
