    Lightbulb Update WebMail Clients Please

Could you update Mail to the latest version... This is something I know that you are going to wish that you updated in the future one time ... All mail clients
programs and making sure they are decked out... Because that makes you a 100% complete once you get that finished..

Thanks for voicing your opinions.. I hope that cPanel will here this and look seriously into this b/c it is there products that is going to be affected in the future... There are lots of mail upgraded that cPanel can do and work on ... I know for fact that even my host people have wanted more mail features and I think that it is something that has been over looked for some time. So, I hope this is a wake up call to them.

Agreed. I'd actually like to see NeoMail and Horde removed completely

Why don't you just disable them under tweak settings?

Sure, that's no problem, but I'd just like to see an 'official' move towards it by CPanel. Supporting a single, solid, frequently updated webmail client is always going to be less trouble than attempting to maintain three. It's total overkill

I actually prefer SquirrelMail to be removed - it's extremly "clunky" IMHO. I much prefer Horde (can't say I've tried NeoMail much though).

Yes, I too would be interested in seeing a greater webmail script in cPanel's webmail.

I am a big fan of Hordmail not the neo or squirlmail.

The problem is that everybody has their own favorite. I prefer squirrelmail simply because it has better support for 2byte characters, but Horde is a really nice program.

its not actually about getting a better / greater webmail script, its about updating the present script to the latest for covering all known security holes etc.
