Updating to CentOS 5.3

I am currently running the following:

cPanel 11.24.4-C35075 - WHM 11.24.2 - X 3.9
CENTOS 4.7 i686 standard on server24

Can I update to centos 5.3 with the suggested process mentioned in this thread?

Me too, I was wondering if anyone successfully upgraded the centos kernel 4.7 to 5.3 and how? I have full access to the server and access to it via a live terminal.
