About LinkBacksOn shared ip accounts clients are not able to update/enter their email contact (I replicated this problem with all cpanel themes)

Nope.. no problems here. I believe all that does is update .contactemail in your /home/user directory..

Ok I have understand . Good that irc ideaI added it on my signature .
I have this problem with 2 or 3 shared accounts which have not cgi support .
Without cgi cpanel is not able to write on /home/user/.contactemail

Hehe.. yah.. it would be nice to have cpanel users helping each other out.. since from what I have heard.. cpanel support service is nearly non-existant (no offense) nowadays.. although I might be wrong on that.

no , no you are not wrong , cpanel support is a nightmare, I avoid to use it to lose my time .
