updating View Bandwidth Usage EMERGENT

Hi,

how can i get the View Bandwidth Usage feature to update more often?

I have some idiots using 30mbps and i dont want to wait until morning to see who has run out of bandwidth.

Is there a command I can run to update View Bandwidth Usage now?
