Angry Upgrade to 11.6.0-C14666: Internal Error! Missing acl group for acl

Hi,

After upgrade cpanel from C14378 to C14666 i have some problem :

1. when upgarde from ssh with upcp there is some error :
----------------------
Unable to open /etc/userplans: No such file or directory at /scripts/updateuserdomains line 545.
Missing /etc/domainusers, creating blank file. at /scripts/updateuserdomains line 307.
Missing /etc/userplans, creating blank file. at /scripts/updateuserdomains line 307.
-----------------------

2. After upgarde complete, now all my reseller can create new package and have this error message :
------------------------
_modpkg requires a package name that you have permission to access
------------------------

Also when i look at Reseller Privellages from WHM, on the bottom of the page shows :
------------------------
Internal Error! Missing acl group for acl [onlyselfandglobalpkgs]
------------------------

Anyone have the same problem with me and have solution ?

Try forcing another update. Apparently whostmgr and whostmgr2 weren't updated the first time. Your system should be good after another update.

1) is safe to ignore (these are new to 11.6 so they have to be created)

The other issues are solved in 14750+

Yep same here..
Running WHM 11.2.0 cPanel 11.8.0-R16150

And I checked one of the resellers - the link to feature manager disappeared for them.
They have Add/Edit/Delete packages but no access to the respective Features

Regards

Edit: checked again - turns out the Feature Manager is inactive for one reseller but is active for the other...?
Checked the settings for both and they are exactly the same, strange
