Whenever a reseller of mine adjusts a clients plan, the client gets an email with this subject:

Upgrade/DownGrade on server.hostname.net (xxxx.com)

How can I change that for my resellers only? Or, is there a way to just stop the WHM from emailing clients when their accounts are modified?
