upgrade getting stuck

My upgrade from 6.4.2 to 7.2.1 seems to be getting stuck here:

Scanning.....Done
Scanning suexec_log...Done


Normally it will continue and do a bunch of things but now it seems to be hanging at this point for a long time.

Anyone else experience this?

NOW, Change Update Preferences , coz if you want the last vesion yuo have to chose the Manual Updates Only (EDGE tree).

I have done a lot of upgrades on other servers and it never finishes at that point. And I had changed the update preferences as well.
