Upgrade to latest STABLE cPanel Erroring/Stopping on MySQL Upgrade

This is what I am trying to upgrade to:

WHM 11.26.8
CENTOS 5.4 x86_64 standard on chargers

I preformed the upgrade on one of my servers and it went fine. However, I am trying to do the upgrade on the second server and it is stuck at "Updating MySQL Server".

I am in total panic mode right now since the sites on that server are down.

What should I be checking to try and fix this issue?

I found this error in the /usr/local/cpanel/logs/error_log

Unable to determine MySQL data directory from mysqladmin variables. at /scripts/cPScript/MysqlUtils.pm line 75 cPScript::MysqlUtils::getmysqldir() called at /scripts/securemysql line 140
