upgrade from RedHat 7.1 to RedHat 7.3

Hello.

Something has happened with a kernel and our server don't see the network. Datacenter's support is going to upgrade RedHat from 7.1. to 7.3 version. But I am afraid that CPanel will not work after upgrade.

Can anybody advise me if it is possible to upgrade RedHat and keep Cpanel working. Or what should I do after upgrade to get CPanel working ?

I need the advise ASAP.

Have they tried reinstalling the kernel? We had the same problem which was fixed by reinstalling the kernel.

I don't see why an upgrade from 7.1 to 7.3 would cause problems.
