About LinkBacksSo because of the bug i upgraded cpanel, but now when i try to check my mail i get an error, this error was not there before the upgrade. Any idea's why?

everything is working now, Took about 2 hours but bang .. back up .. last time i upgraded cpanel the same thing happened. It was some kind of connection error... would like to know why and how to fix it so i don't have to wait 2 - 4 hours next time
