upgraded mailscanner, now mail isn't working

I upgrade mailscanner and clamav just a bit ago and now no email is being delivered. I am seeing this in the messages file

Nov 1 10:44:44 kayboo mailnull: Process did not exit cleanly, returned 0 with signal 11

Check out Chirpy's blog. Seems that Clam AV 0.90RC isn't campatible with mailscanner. This may be your problem.

yep, wish i had known that sooner.. whew. i managed to figure out that clamav was the problem and disabled it. mail is flowing again.. yay.
