Anybody seen this?

I use /scripts/easyapache to upgrade on a RH7.2 box. In advanced mode, I choose PERL. Compiles fine. Installs binaries, does PHP. When it attempts to restart Apache, it fails. Can't get it to start for the life of me. The only way to get the server back up is to recompile without the PERL option checked.

Any ideas?
