Upgrading cPanel Problem

Ok, I am upgrading to the latest stable release (i am currently on cPanel 10.8.1-R21). The Progress bar went fairly quick from 1-60%. But at 60%, it pretty much stopped. Its been at 60% for about 25mins now. On the bottom, its been saying "gdDone" for 25mins too.

I'd suggest leaving it a good bit longer. If it still doesn't budge then you're going to have to have a look at what it is up to with ps and possible strace.
