Upgrading Zend?

How do I upgrade Zend? I didn't find anything on how in WHM.

After upgrading Zend is there anything else I need to do... PHP wise maybe?

Is that all that needs to be run after I do that? I seen other zend scripts in there too, how come I only need to run this one?
