Urchin 5.501 updates for RH9/RHE

Urchin 5.501 is a feature and maintenance release that improves Urchin's administration and reporting systems as well as improving performance, and addresses a number of technical issues.

* Added support for displaying reports in Italian and Swedish

* FTP transfers of remote logs now allow both PASSIVE and ACTIVE connections

* Improved options for using UNC naming conventions to retrieve remote logs in Windows environments

* All Profiles reports with bar graphs have been upgraded to use newer style SVG horizontal bar graphs

* Created ct_cachedirectory configuration directive to allow creation of decentralized report cache directories for use within Affiliations

* Improved the way Urchin reports handle and display charge back transactions and other negative values in E-commerce logs

* Corrected inability to display ISO-8859-1 characters in keywords correctly in reports

* Corrected scheduler behavior that would result in tasks becoming stuck in a status of PENDING

* Corrected failure of Import Profiles screen to function properly on Windows installations when Urchin was installed in DataCenter mode

* Changed rounding behavior in processing time when Urchin takes less than one second to process a log so that the time taken is not displayed as 00:00:00, but rather as "less than 1 second"

* Fixed obscuring of Finish button in log source wizard when the number of logs being added was large

* Corrected URI Stem to Lowercase option in Advanced Settings of log sources so that it works properly when UTM is in use

* Corrected parallel log processing behavior that would result in the task progress getting stuck at 99% done when all hits were filtered out in one of a set of load balanced logs

* Enhanced Delete All Data function under the Storage/DB settings in a profile so that the record of the previous last hit processed is cleared, which corrects the date range focus in the report if new logs are processed

* Fixed incorrect display format of seconds in text exports of Traffic->Summary report

* Changed name of quantity used in Page Query Terms report from Hits to Count

* Corrected behavior of drill down reports which could result in a dead end navigation being reached while in the lower portions of a drill down if the date range was changed at that point

* Eliminated unnecessary display of Show All and Hide All controls in SVG graphs where these controls would have no effect

* Corrected malfunctions in dropdown menu for DB Table Limit in the Process Settings->Performance Settings screen

* Corrected display error in the View Total quantity in the All Profiles reports

* Improved browser behavior and user notification when an Urchin session times out and sends a user back to the Urchin login window

* Fixed improper access privilege for an Affiliation admin that would allow such a user to remove a SuperAdmin user

* Corrected problem processing logs when specifying a log source via redirection from stdin

* Corrected missing data values when exporting in text format from All Profiles Profile Rankings By... reports

* Improved Urchin's ability to handle Japanese cell phone identifiers with hyphens in user-agent field of web logs

* Fixed malfunction of sort column arrows in All Profiles reports that prevented them from sorting

* Corrected malfunction of search and replace filters applied via a custom report set, which could produce extraneous data in the displayed data

how long should this normally take on a server with 300 or so entries?

tail -f /usr/local/cpanel/logs/stats_log

I realize of course that it may in part depend on server hardware. But I've had this running for over an hour now on a P4 3.06ghz / 1Gb Ram machine.
