URGENT - email with attachments being rejected!

Hello,

Clients on my server have been complaining that they cannot get email with certain attachments. Emails coming with .eml attachments are being screened out. I have included a copy of the email I get when I sent an email to their account as a test.

I disabled spamassassin and spamd as well in cpanel but to no avail. Restarted Exim server too.


Please advise asap. Thank you!

Sure, but never got this error on the old server i was on - and .eml are just email files - no viruses at all inthese attachments. Can anyone help?

Eml are not viruses, but you know that emails bring virus.

And that eml files can bring virus.
