urgent help- cant access site via ip address

When I try to access the sites via ip address as

http://serverip/~username/


I am getting the error :

The requested URL /~username/ was not found on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

Please help me with this ASAP.

You have to turn that function on in WHM.

Go to Security > Tweak Security Settings > mod_userdir Tweak
