Urgent! Inbound/outbound connection problem

Hi,

I'm having some wierd problems with my server, I can load websites, connect to FTP, SSH, etc but when I try to ping/traceroute/ftp _from_ the server nothing works. Also no new mail is coming into the server. Any idea what it can be?

Problem solved, datacenter had blocked outgoing.
