Urgent: Mod Perl

There is any way to install mod_perl and have an option to when add new account use mod_perl or not ?

or an option just to able it on domains that i want ?

how could i do that..

please anyone very urgent.

thanks for the reply i were looking around all the network for it ...

and i just found so many bad points that i hook around for another option.
like dont support suexec, different build estruct, cant set just into a single account, cant have the set option in cpanel (add account) like cgi and so on.
