Exclamation URGENT! Multiaccount transfer issue! md5 checksum error

    Hello,
I'm getting the following error while I'm transferring accounts from old server to new server
    PHP Code:
Copy an account from another server
Attempting to copy hidesign from 67.205.89.107
    Packaging the account
    : (/usr/local/cpanel/scripts/pkgacct --skiphomedir hidesign "" --split --compressed --mysql 5.1)...

    pkgacct started.

pkgacct version 10 user hidesign tarballtarget mysql 5.1 splitincrementalhomedirarchive versionrunning with uid 0
        pkgacct working dir
    : /home/cpmove-hidesign

    Done
    1.13 TB free
    need 0 Bytes
    Warning
file location not sent.. guessing.. this may not work ....
Using the single archive method (/home/cpmove-hidesign.tar.gz)!
    Copy Destination: /home
    Transfer Error
    The remote server didn
't report a correct md5sum of the archive. Please ensure you selected the correct type of remote server.

Removing Copied Archive on remote server.... Done
The error happened after I was transferring lot's of accounts from the old server and the old server crashed.
now all selected accounts return the same error
contacting to cpanel they told me to transfer using incremental transfer disabled, but it doesn't help.
Also the /scripts/pkgacct username does not work, here is the /script/pkg user result :
    PHP Code:
    /scripts/pkgacct icertco
    pkgacct started
    .
pkgacct version 10 user icertco tarballtarget mysql : default - splitincrementalhomedirarchive versionrunning with uid 0
    pkgacct working dir
    : /home/cpmove-icertco
...failed to create the working dir: /home/cpmove-icertco.  You can specify an alternate directory like /tmp by running [pkgacct icertco av3 icertco /tmp]
    root@power [~]# /scripts/pkgacct icertco
How can I now transfer 500 account!?

When migrating accounts, the error message:

The remote server didn't report a correct md5sum of the archive. Please ensure you selected the correct type of remote server.
doesn't necessarily point to a given problem. This is just the generic message you will see when the pkgacct process failed to complete on the source machine you're migrating from. The root cause of the problem could be any number of causes. Without fully investigating the issue, it's impossible to suggest what the root cause may be. Any suggestion would be sheer speculation.

When you experience such a problem, it's best advised to submit a support ticket to us (like you've done). For anyone else reading this thread, the links to submit a ticket are in my signature.
