Urgent Please - 500 Internal Server Errors after multiple copies of cpsrvd.so

A few hours ago we started getting error 500 on all websites.

ps -ef showed multiple cpsrvd.so process running. could not reboot the machine remotely. had to physically reboot machine (ctl-alt-del).

now many perl scripts are reporting errors. cannot upgrade cpanel. most scripts give errors.

/usr/local/cpanel/logs/error.log shows:

It looks like some serious errors there, you'll have to debug this further by checking the logs and the filesystem. More information is needed to determine what the next step is.

Do a forced cPanel update:

/scripts/upcp --force
